I led the primary and secondary research, delving into various articles and conducting interviews with fathers and experts to deeply understand and empathize with their challenges.

My role also included overseeing the collection and refinement of data, turning it into actionable insights.

As the creative facilitator, I led various ideation sessions, utilizing methods such as "How Might We" questions, "Worst Possible Idea," and conducting comprehensive "Brain Dumping" activities.

Following the ideation stage, we transitioned to focusing on the creation of potential deliverables.
